Now now now, lol. Lets not get ahead of ourselves. I work for Best Buy. I run two departments. We have a very STRICT data privacy policy that it's ridiculous.

That employee should have been terminated immediately. When customers return items like phones, laptops, etc...the Geek Squad is supposed to completely WIPE the data clean. Or customers do it before they bring it in.

Some customers won't leave until they see that the data is completely wiped clean. I feel sorry for the customer because we're not branded that way at all. We don't want customers to feel that their privacy is at risk because of some FOOL. SMH...
